Prices of items for sale on StampCenter.com are as displayed on the
screen at the time of purchase, less any promotional discounts or coupons,
and are subject to change without notice. Older items
that are combined into sets by Scott's Catalogue are sold only as complete
sets and the price will change. All prices are shown by default
in US Dollars. Payment can be made via our secure server using Mastercard,
Visa or Discover. We also accept PayPal credit card payments.
Guarantee & Refunds
Here at StampCenter.com we only sell quality products that have been checked
thoroughly by ourselves. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with any items we
sell. We will accept returns for exchanges or refunds within 15 days of
receipt. If an item or items from your order with us are found to be defective upon receipt simply contact us by email
(csc@stampcenter.com)
first for approval and then return the defective merchadise to us in its
original packaging in a re-sellable, undamaged condition for a full refund.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Refund requests will
be processed within two (2) business days of our receipt of the defective
merchandise and verification of the described flaw(s).
Complaints
Please forward any complaints about our service, the quality of our merchandise
or the functionality of this Web site to csc@stampcenter.com for
prompt attention. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 Hours.

Non-delivery
Lost in Transit Claims for non-delivery must be made by e-mail to immediately
to csc@stampcenter.com.
For credit cards please include the receipt number that was e-mailed to you
upon completion of your transaction.
