shipments to U.S. addresses are sent through the U.S. Post Office. Foreign
shipments are sent by air mail.
StampCenter.com insures all shipped
packages against loss and damage for their
replacement value ONLY and may not be held responsible for delays
occuring post-shipment as the result of carrier irregularities
or errors. Upon request, we will provide you with complete tracking
information for your shipment and a customer service phone number
or Website address for the carrier for easy followup if
your shipping method includes this feature.
Customs & International Orders
In the case of international orders the buyer assumes all responsibilities
for customs and/or duty fees as may be assessed by their home country. There
is no way for us to accurately predict whether or not you will be assessed
these fees or how much they may be. Contact your local customs office for
guidance and assistance when planning your international purchase. StampCenter.com
always includes a complete and accurate bill of lading with each order, including
all required shipping detail. Please do not ask us to ship your item as personal
possessions or a gift--we cannot. Should it come to our attention that, for
whatever reason, your home country disallows the shipment or import of any
of the items you have ordered, they will be removed from your order prior
to shipment. A refund for any such removed items will be processed within
two (2) business days of your order's shipment and an e-mail will be sent
notifying you of this change.
